My stay at The Edwin Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location near Earls Court Tube Station was convenient for exploring London, the overall experience left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding the room quality and staff service. The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms had issues, and I encountered several maintenance problems during my stay which affected my comfort.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small and uncomfortable, with creaky beds and a poorly functioning shower. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness, as it felt quite dusty. I didn't anticipate a room where I had to deal with regular maintenance issues.
Service
5.0
The reception staff were less than helpful. When I arrived, the lift was out of service and I had to lug my bags up the stairs without any assistance, despite asking. It felt like they didn't care about providing a decent level of service.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was one of the few positives, being just a short walk from the Earls Court Tube Station, making getting around London easy. I appreciated that aspect, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the rest.
Dining
5.0
I was really disappointed with the breakfast. The food choices were poor, and the atmosphere wasn’t inviting at all. The options didn't live up to my expectations for a hotel that markets itself as more upscale.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking essential maintenance, like the faulty lift and other issues that required multiple calls to maintenance. It really felt like the hotel was in need of some serious upgrades and care.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the hotel's location near the Earl's Court tube station was perfect and the staff were friendly, I encountered several issues. The room I was assigned was loud and not as clean as I hoped, with some maintenance concerns that made my stay less enjoyable.

Rooms
5.0
My room was quite small and unfortunately had some noise issues, particularly from the street. Although it appeared clean, the atmosphere felt dated and in need of some refreshing.
Service

The staff were generally pleasant and helpful, though I did experience some rudeness at the front desk which was disappointing during my stay.
Location
7.0
The location was one of the highlights of my experience, being just a minute from the Earl's Court station, making it super convenient to explore London.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, with limited options. The small dining room felt cramped, and the selection did not match what I would have expected for the price.
Facilities

The hotel had decent housekeeping, but the lack of a lift made moving between floors quite a hassle.

I had a mixed experience at The Edwin Hotel. The location was definitely a highlight, close to the Earls Court tube station, which made getting around a breeze. However, I encountered some issues, particularly with the noise levels and bed comfort, which affected my overall stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but some furnishings seemed a bit outdated.

Rooms
5.0
My room was small but clean. However, I heard noise from above pretty late at night, which made it hard to sleep. The bed felt uncomfortable and creaky, and I wasn't stoked about the general wear and tear around, like stained furniture.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but their ability to assist was hit or miss. While some interactions were nice, others felt a bit indifferent, especially when I had questions or requests.
Location
8.0
The best part was the location; it was super close to the tube station and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting to central London was quick and easy, making my exploration hassle-free.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic, just the usual toast and cereal. I wish there was more variety, but it did the job for a light meal. A little more flavor and creativity would improve the experience.
Facilities
5.0
Housekeeping did a solid job of keeping the place tidy, but I did face some issues, like no hot water for a while during my stay. Plus, the lack of a lift made lugging my bags a real hassle.

I had high hopes for my stay, but my experience fell short. The location near Earls Court Tube station was very nice, making it easy to explore London. however, the room's state was disappointing with peeling paint and a noisy tube nearby. The breakfast situation was misleading, and I felt frustrated with the lack of clarification. Overall, I would suggest potential guests consider other options before booking here.

I had a decent stay at The Edwin Hotel, benefitting from its convenient location near Earls Court tube station, making it easy to explore central London. My room was clean and adequately furnished, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. However, the breakfast selection was pretty basic and could be improved. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning could pose a problem in hotter months, though it was fine during my stay in October.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and cozy with a great shower, but the window opening felt unsafe on the 3rd floor.
Service

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay, but could use a bit more training.
